2.All the packages are shipped out in the next day after you ordered. If your boots are out of stock, We will email you to pick another pair of boots. Please add jerseysgoods@hotmail.com in your list so you will get emails from us.

3.No refunds. Unless the incorrect size or incorrect model you reveived!

4.If you want to change the shoes, please send it back within 7 days and be responsible for the shipping. (Merchandise must be unworn and in the original packing, and accompanied by the original packing slip so we can properly credit your shoes for another one.)

It is that simple!All goods shipped are insured and free.

Defects: UGG products carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. Once we have received the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer’s defect, we will either exchange your product or refund your credit card. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the credit card will be charged for return shipping.

A. Exchanges policy

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all boots must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.

B. Returns Policy

1.we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. We don’t cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.as we can`t be responsible for lost shipments.
